Medicare Supplements:
Medicare Supplement or Medigap Plans are private insurance policies from private insurance companies that work with your original Medicare (Part A & Part B) and help pay the deductibles and co-insurance that Medicare does not cover. Medicare Supplement plans do not include drug coverage.
Medicare Advantage Plans:
Medicare Advantage plans are all-in-one, Medicare-approved plans from private insurance companies that bundle hospital (Part A), medical (Part B), and usually prescription drug (Part D) coverage, often adding extra benefits like dental, vision, and fitness.
